What are the steps involved in applying Compost?
For optimal results your lawn should be watered 24-48 hours prior to soften the ground for Core Aeration. Your lawn is then mowed to a proper height and Core Aeration is preformed. Your lawn at this point is prepped and ready for Compost Application. The Compost is applied with our Applicator providing an even and consistent coverage. For optimal results your lawn should be watered immediately following the application and the following day.
Is it necessary to Aerate prior to applying Compost?
Although it is not necessary to Core Aerate prior to applying Compost it is highly recommended due the extreme benefit that the combination provides. It has a synergistic effect. It would be like washing your dishes without soap, it kinda works.
